天名精内酯分子式:CAS号:性质:无色油状液体,沸点195℃(533Pa)。天然存在于菊科植物天名精(Carpesium abrotanoides L. )的果实等植物中。本品具有显著的中枢神经作用,小鼠腹腔注入后,产生显著的肌麻痹、麻醉样作用,能对抗士的明与可拉明所引起的兴奋作用,其对抗可拉明的作用很强,但对抗士的宁的作用则不如硫酸镁。小鼠服用后表现为先出现短暂兴奋,随后转入抑制,四肢肌肉松弛,并呈麻醉状态,大量则引起阵发性惊厥而死亡。对正常或菌液引起发热的家兔有降温、退热作用。对鼠脑组织的呼吸有抑制作用。本品按20~30mg/kg静脉注入兔和猫后,则血压下降,但不能为阿托品所阻断。
