2甲4氯分子式:C9H9CLO3分子量:200.62CAS号:94-74-6性质:白色片状结晶。熔点120℃。溶于有机溶剂,在水中溶解度为825ppm。制备方法:由邻甲酚经缩合、酸化、氯化而得。将26.24kg邻甲酚、13.9kg水、35%的氢氧化钠溶液27.37kg投入缩合锅内,在70℃以下搅拌配合成邻甲酚钠盐。在21.88kg氯乙酸和41.66kg水中,在25℃以下慢慢加入35%的氢氧化钠溶液26.56kg,使pH值为5-6,在60℃条件下酸化20min。将反应物在脱酚槽内加热至90-95℃,通过热蒸气脱酚。然后在pH值为1-2、60-65℃条件下氯化。再经冷却、过滤、水洗即得2-甲-4-氯。原药2-甲-4-氯钠原药为深褐色粉末,按HG 2-1460-82,有效成分含量≥56.0%。原料消耗定额:邻甲酚730kg/t、液氯600kg/t、氯乙酸740kg/t、液碱3000kg/t、盐酸(30%)180kg/t。用途:该品商品为2-甲-4-氯钠盐,加工成20%水剂。为激素型除草剂,易为根和叶部吸收和传导,破坏植物的新陈代谢,致使植物变型、肿裂霉烂而死亡。适用于消灭禾木科作物,如小粒谷物、水稻、豌豆、草坪中的杂草,防除多种一年生和多年生双子叶宽叶杂草和某些单子叶杂草,使用剂量为0.28-2.25kg(有效成分)/hm2。对杀除阔叶草及三棱草等也有特效。该品对棉花、黄豆、瓜菜等阔叶作物影响很大,喷药后会死亡。该品不能与酸性农药混用。
