春雷霉素分子式：C14H25N3O9分子量：379.38CAS号：6980-18-3性质：春雷霉素是弱碱性水溶性抗菌素，在酸性溶液中稳定，在碱性溶液中易破坏失活。实际使用春雷霉素盐酸盐（[78822-08-9]），为白色片状或针状结晶。熔点206-210℃（分解）。易溶于水，不溶于甲醇、乙醇、苯氯仿。其水溶液的pH值为4-6。制备方法：发酵生产的工艺过程如下。1.发酵。2.培养基成分3.生物测定4.提取用途：该品是农医两用抗菌素。春雷霉素对稻瘟病菌有强烈的抑制作用，用春雷霉素40μg/ml（每亩用量4g）喷雾，对苗瘟、叶瘟、穗颈瘟具有显著的治疗和保护用作，防治效果达70-85%，略优于或相当于600倍稻瘟净。与稻瘟净混用，可将防治效果提高到97%，还可延缓抗菌株的产生。
