白粉病菌类 专性寄生在植物表面、产生白粉状病征的病原真菌。它们属于子囊菌亚门核菌纲白粉菌目白粉菌科,有较高的寄生专化性。 白粉菌的营养体为有隔分枝的菌丝,在植物表面寄生,以吸器伸入寄主细胞内吸取养分和水分并在表皮不断扩展(少数白粉菌为内寄生或半内寄生)。白粉菌的无性繁殖是在分生孢子梗上产生单个、椭圆形、串生的分生孢子。有性繁殖以雄器和产囊体配合后,在圆球状的闭囊壳内产生子囊和子囊孢子,闭囊壳的子囊数依种类的不同而各异,从单个到多个。闭囊壳外有各种形状的附丝。白粉菌的分类以菌丝的寄生部位、闭囊壳内子囊数目、外部的附丝形态及分生孢子形态等为主要依据,下分3个亚科,10个属,其中常见的有:白粉属、球针壳属、钩丝属、叉丝壳属、单丝壳属、叉丝单囊壳属和内丝白粉属。 白粉病发生后,寄主受害部位生长受抑制,逐渐退绿变黄,出现枯斑至最后全叶枯干,如许多叶片同时受害,也可以使植株早枯。病害后期,由菌丝和分生孢子构成的白粉状霉层中,常出现许多散生的黑色粒状的闭囊壳,并以此越冬,次春以子囊孢子进行初侵染。但有些白粉菌并不经常进行有性繁殖,而以分生孢子在温暖地区或保护地越冬。植物生长季节,分生孢子可重复产生,通过气流传播,进行再侵染。较高的湿度有利于分生孢子的萌发和侵染,但白粉菌是较耐干旱的真菌,在相对湿度很低的条件下,分生孢子也能萌发。空气潮湿、气温较高或干湿交替、光照不足的气候条件以及氮肥过多和作物过密等情况,均有利于白粉病的流行。 白粉病菌类的防治主要采取选育抗病品种,改善栽培管理,做好病害流行预测和及时进行化学防治等综合措施。硫剂、托布津、多菌灵和粉锈宁等防治白粉病效果较佳。
