易筋经易筋经以锻炼筋肉为主的强身保健气功动功功法。重视体势、呼吸、意念3方面锻炼的配合。易筋经有多种功法,较通行的是经清代潘霨整编并收载于《卫生要术》中的易筋经十二势。功法依次如下:韦驮献杵第一势左足向左平开一步,两手自然下垂;头身正直,平视前方,心境澄清,气定神敛。两手慢慢变为阴掌(掌心向下)并向上抬起与肩平,然后两掌向胸前靠拢,合十当胸,指尖向上。用腹式呼吸,气沉丹田。韦驮献杵第二势接上势,两掌慢慢变为阴掌,向两侧分开。两臂平展于身体两侧,成一字形。这时足跟微提,自然呼吸,凝视前方。韦驮献杵第三势接上势,两手缓缓从两侧上举,将阴掌变为阳掌,两手指尖相对,覆于前额前上方,作托天状。同时两足跟提起,牙关紧咬,舌抵上腭。然后,两手握拳,顺原来路线缓缓回归。摘星换斗势接上势,右手向右上方微微举起,距额一拳,同时左手放下并反手以手背贴于右侧腰部。两目向上注视右手手心。然后,左手向上覆额,右手向下并以手背贴于左侧腰部。倒拽九牛尾势接上势,右手从腰眼离开,微向下屈,顺势变成阳掌向右前方抄去,于肩相平,五指撮拢,同时右腿向前侧方跨步,成前弓步;左手也同时放下向左后方抄去。然后,换左右弓步,左手反折抄向左前方,右手收回伸向右后方。动作要领同前。出爪亮翅势接上势,借前手向后倒拽之势,前腿后收,两脚并拢,两手收回,掌心向前,指尖向上,置于胸胁部。然后,两掌向前缓缓推出,集中心念,观看两掌。然后,再把两掌缓缓向胸胁内收,置于左右两侧胸胁处,如此反复七次。推至极点则重如排山。九鬼拔马刀势接上势,右手上提,朝脑后做圆周运动,用掌心贴于脑后,右腋张开;左手向左方划,反手的手背贴于两肩胛间,左腋紧闭。继前式,右手放下,反手提起,以手背贴于两肩胛间;同时左手提至脑后。反复数次。三盘落地势接上势,两手向左右平伸,成一字形,掌心向下,同时左足向左跨一大步。慢慢下蹲呈骑马势;在下蹲的同时,两掌迹缓缓下按,与膝相平为止。随后将下按之掌翻转,手心向上,如托物状,随两腿的慢慢伸直一起上升,与胸相平为止,如此反复数次。青龙探爪势接上势,左脚向内收回至与肩等宽。左手翻掌向下。用腰的劲运动,左肘尖领先,向左后方缩去;同时右掌也翻转向下,借左掌后伸的姿势,朝左侧探出,用腰部扭转之力顺势运动右肘向右后方缩去;同时左掌也翻转向下,向右侧探出。两目平视,自然呼吸,心神宁静。卧虎扑食势接上势,抬起右腿向右前跨一步,成弓步,同时两手向前,五指着地,掌心悬空。头向上略抬。将前足收回,先做一个下俯,臀部慢慢后收,两目平视。随后将头昂起,似扑食之状。如此反复数次。最后还原至两足与肩等宽的站式。打躬势接上势,两足与肩等宽,立身正直。两手抱头,掌心按耳,两掌中指尖轻触,两肘屈曲。慢慢俯身弯腰,将头向两膝的空裆之间弯下,以极为度,两腿挺直,腰胯放松,舌抵上腭,咬紧牙关。随后,慢慢直立起来。反复数次。掉尾势接上势,将两手从脑后向正前方推出,使两臂伸直,与肩相平。将两掌十指交叉扣起,掌心向地,慢慢收向胸前,随即慢慢下推。待腰弯至极限时,将两手下推及地。两腿挺直。随后,慢慢伸腰,两掌同时上提,双掌分开,向左右各摆动7次,同时两足各顿地7次。
