白芍【通用名称】白芍【其他名称】白芍 白芍 拼音名：Baishao 英文名：RADIX PAEONIAE ALBA 书页号：2000年版一部-78 本品为毛茛科植物芍药Paeonia lactiflora Pall. 的干燥根。夏、 秋二季采 挖，洗净，除去头尾及细根，置沸水中煮后除去外皮或去皮后再煮，晒干。 【性状】 本品呈圆柱形，平直或稍弯曲，两端平截，长5～18cm,直径1～2.5cm。 表面类白色或淡红棕色，光洁或有纵皱纹及细根痕，偶有残存的棕褐色外皮。质坚实， 不易折断，断面较平坦，类白色或微带棕红色，形成层环明显，射线放射状。气微，味 微苦、酸。 【鉴别】 (1) 本品粉末黄白色。糊化淀粉团块甚多。草酸钙簇晶直径11～35μm, 存在于薄壁细胞中，常排列成行，或一个细胞中含数个簇晶。具缘纹孔及网纹导管直径 20～65μm。 纤维长梭形，直径15～40μm,壁厚，微木化，具大的圆形纹孔。 (2) 取本品粉末5g，加乙醚50ml，加热回流10分钟，滤过。取滤液10ml，蒸干，加 醋酐1ml 与硫酸4～5滴，先显黄色，渐变成红色、紫色，最后呈绿色。 (3) 取本品粉末0.5g，加乙醇10ml，振摇5分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干，残渣加乙醇1ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取芍药苷对照品，加乙醇制成每1ml含1mg溶液，作为对照 品溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各10μl,分别点于同一硅 胶Ｇ薄层板上，以氯仿－醋酸乙酯－甲醇－甲酸(40:5:10:0.2) 为展开剂，展开，取出 ，晾干，喷以 5％香草醛硫酸溶液，加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中，在与对照品 色谱相应的位置上，显相同的蓝紫色斑点。 【含量测定】 照高效液相色谱法（附录Ⅵ D）测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；甲醇-0.05mol/L 磷酸二氢钾溶液-醋酸-异丙醇（67：173：4：4）为流动相；检测波长为230nm。理论板数 按芍药苷峰计算应不低于1500。 对照品溶液的制备 精密称取在五氧化二磷减压干燥器中干燥36小时的芍药苷对照 品适量，加甲醇制成每1ml含0.5mg的溶液，摇匀，即得。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品中粉约0.5g，精密称定，置20ml量瓶中，加甲醇约18ml， 浸泡4小时，超声处理（功率150W，频率20kHz)30分钟，取出，放冷，加甲醇至刻度，摇 匀，滤过，取滤液，即得。 测定法 分别精密吸取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各10μl，注入液相色谱仪，测定， 即得。 本品含芍药苷（C23H28O11）不得少于0.80%。 【炮制】 白芍 洗净，润透，切薄片，干燥。 炒白芍 取净白芍片，照清炒法（附录Ⅱ D）炒至微黄色。 酒白芍 取净白芍片，照酒炙法（附录Ⅱ D）炒至微黄色。 【性味与归经】 苦、酸，微寒。归肝、脾经。 【功能与主治】 平肝止痛，养血调经，敛阴止汗。用于头痛眩晕，胁痛，腹痛， 四肢挛痛，血虚萎黄，月经不调，自汗，盗汗。 【用法与用量】 6～15g 。 【注意】 不宜与藜芦同用。 【贮藏】 置干燥处，防蛀。
