十二经脉十二经脉人体十二条经脉的合称。又称十二经、十二正经。有阴经、阳经、手经、足经之分。包括手太阴肺经、手少阴心经、手厥阴心包络经、手阳明大肠经、手太阳小肠经、手少阳三焦经、足阳明胃经、足太阳膀胱经、足少阳胆经、足太阴脾经、足少阴肾经、足厥阴肝经。十二经脉的命名与其循行、分布部位有关（表1）。表：表1 十二经脉名称及循行部位表*在小腿下半部和足背部，脾经在中线，肝经在前。至内踝下八寸处交叉后，脾经在前，肝经在中线。十二经脉通过经别和别络相互沟通，组合六对表里相合关系，即手太阳小肠经与手少阴心经为表里；手阳明大肠经与手太阳肺经为表里；手少阳三焦经与手厥阴心包经为表里；足太阳膀胱经与足少阴肾经为表里；足少阳胆经与足厥阴肝经为表里；足阳明胃经与足太阴脾经为表里。十二经脉虽有各自的循行路线，但其分布有一定的规律和特点。头部为诸阳之会，手足六条阳经皆会于头，其分布特点是：手足少阳经行于头部两侧，手足阳明经行于面部，手太阳经行于两颊部，足太阳经行于后头顶及后项部。躯干部是手足之阴经行于胸腹，手足之阳经行于腰背、四肢部是阳经行于四肢外侧，阴经行于四肢内侧。十二经之间相互衔接，首尾相贯，成为一个循环往复的网状通路。十二经脉的走向、交接有一定的规律。经脉中气血的运行也有一定的流注次序（表2）。表：表2 十二脉流注次序表
