1.FITC-Phalloidin as fluorescence probe was used to investigate the meristem of the cotton root ,abnormal plantlets and callus that was unable to germinate into .本研究选取正常棉花的根,已经培养了长时间不能分化出正常植株的棉花愈伤组织和棉花畸形苗为材料,采用石蜡切片,通过FITC-鬼笔环肽对材料微丝荧光染色,结合荧光显微镜观察。

1.The content of α-amanitin,β-amanitin and phalloidin in the fruit bodies of 7 species of Amanita from the Changbai Mountains in northeastern China was analyzed by means of high performance liquid chromatography.利用HPLC法对长白山地区分布的7种鹅膏属真菌成熟子实体中的α鹅膏毒肽(αamanitin)、β鹅膏毒肽(βamanitin)和鬼笔毒肽(phalloidin)的含量进行了测定。
