绿脓杆菌绿脓杆菌pseudomonas aerugi?nosa 为假单胞菌菌种,分布于空气、水、土壤、正常人皮肤、肠道、呼吸道中,为需氧菌,革兰阴性无芽胞杆菌,菌体长短不一,无荚膜,在菌体一端有1~3根鞭毛,运动活泼。绿脓杆菌能产生内毒素,多种致病因子,包括多种胞外酶和外毒素,可引起出血性皮肤病灶,能造成肺萎缩和坏死,使肝细胞肿胀,脂肪变性和坏死。并能产生蓝绿色水溶性色素,感染时可形成绿色脓液。绿脓杆菌对紫外线抵抗力较强,55℃1小时方能杀灭,对青霉素及多种抗生素不敏感,有天然耐药性,对庆大霉素、妥布霉素、多粘菌素B敏感,但易产生耐药性。前三代头孢菌素类仅复达欣有一定效果、其余则效果不佳。
