肿瘤坏死因子分子式:CAS号:性质:又称恶液质素(cachectin),淋巴毒素(lymphotoxin;LT)。注射卡介苗短小棒状杆菌和酵母多糖等制剂,再以内毒素攻击在小鼠、大鼠和兔等多种动物的血清中出现的一种能引起肿瘤出血性坏死的活性成分。含有唾液酸和半乳糖胺的一种糖蛋白,分子量约150 000。根据其产生来源和结构不同,可分为TNF-α和TNF-β两类,前者有单核-巨噬细胞产生,后者有活化T细胞产生,现已有基因重组技术制备。两类TNF的基本生物活性相似,除具有杀伤肿瘤细胞外,还有免疫调节,参与发热和炎症的发生。大剂量TNF-α可引起恶液质,医疗上可单独或白细胞介素2联合用于治疗肿瘤。
