海底油气输送管道工程海底油气输送管道工程subsea oil and gas transport system engineering haidi youqi shusong guondao gongeheng海底油气输送管道工程(subsea 011 and gas transPortsystem engineering)输送海上石油或天然气的海底管道系统的工程设施。它包括海底管道、立管、支撑构件、防腐系统、加重层、泄漏监测系统、报警系统、应急关闭系统和与其相连的海底装置等。海底管道可能全部或部分悬跨于海床上,或放置于海底或埋设于海底面以下,立管是连接海底管道与海上平台或其他海洋工程设施之间的管道。 海底油气管道,按其输送物质可分为海底输油管道、海底输气管道和海底油气混输管道3种。海底管道也可作输水管道。海底油气管的断面构造型式可分成单层管结构和双层管结构,这主要是根据管道的使用要求和运行条件确定的。双层管由内管(油管或气管)和外管(外套管或保护管)组成,在内管与外管之间的环形空间内设置隔热保护层。单层管较简单,在钢管外包裹一层防腐绝缘层,有的在其外面再设混凝土保护层。 海底管道系统在复杂的海洋环境条件下工作,受风(指立管)、浪、流、冰、地震、海啸的作用,还受到内部流体压力、外部静水压力、浮力、土压力、输送介质的重力以及管道的自重和加重层的重力作用。 海底管道敷设方法常用漂浮法、牵引法和铺管船法。漂浮法可采用管内充水下沉、浮筒控制下沉和支撑控制下沉等方法;牵引法又称拖管法,可用海底、海面、潜水和离底等不同拖法;铺管船法则直接在铺管船上接管铺设。 海底油气管道工程是近海工程重要组成部分,它是随着近海石油开发而迅速发展起来的。中国第一条海底输油管道于1973年8月2日在山东黄岛湾用漂浮法敷设成功,它是作为黄岛原油出运码头的海底输油管道敷设的,连接在距岸550米处的浮码头上。(任贵永)
