江淮梅雨锋暴雨江淮梅雨锋暴雨rainstorm caused by plum rain front in Jiang-Huai Valleys 1 ianghuai meiyufeng baoyu江淮梅雨锋暴雨(rainstorm eaused byPlum rain front in Jiang·Huai Valleys)每年6、7月间发生在长江中下游和淮河地区的锋面暴雨。这一时期,由于大气环流的季风调整,来自海洋的暖湿气流与北方南下的冷空气在江淮流域持续交绥,形成一条东西向准静止锋,一般称为梅雨锋,造成阴雨连绵和暴雨集中的天气。此时正值江南梅子黄熟时期,故称“梅雨”或‘’黄梅天气”;又因这时高温高湿,衣物容易霉烂,也有“霉雨”之说。在梅雨时期,从江淮流域至日本南部,维持一条稳定持久的雨带。雨带中的暴雨分布不均匀。有一个个暴雨雨团。梅雨锋暴雨的强度一般比台风暴雨要小得多,但由于梅雨锋持续时间长,暴雨面积广,造成的洪涝灾害区一般比台风要大。如1954年江淮流域梅雨期持续约50天。大部分地区出现了暴雨天气和严重的洪涝灾害。同时又与长江上游的洪水遭遇,长江中下游干流洪峰水位创实测历史最高记录,受灾害面积之广,持续时间之长均为历史罕见。梅雨锋暴雨是在特定的大型环流条件下由天气尺度系统和中小尺度天气系统形成的。大型环流条件一般包括:①在亚洲的高纬度地区对流层中部有阻塞高压或稳定的高压脊,大型环流相对稳定少变;②中纬度地区西风环流平直,频繁的短波活动为江淮地区提供冷空气条件;③西太平洋副热带高压有一次明显西伸北跳过程,500百帕副高脊线稳定在北纬200至25’之间,暖湿气流从副高边缘输送到江淮流域。在这种环流条件下,梅雨锋徘徊于江淮流域,并常常伴有西南涡和切变线,在梅雨锋上中尺度天气系统活跃不仅维持了梅雨期连续性降水,而且为暴雨提供了充沛的水气,暖湿不稳定空气层结和强烈的低空辐合。梅雨锋暴雨是不同尺度环流系统相互作用下形成的一种特定地区的特殊天气,大气环流的变异性,导致各年江淮流域梅雨开始期有迟有早,梅雨持续时间有长有短,在一些年份,梅雨锋特别活跃,暴雨频繁,造成洪涝灾害,在另一些年份,梅雨锋不明显,出现“空梅”,形成干早天气,江淮流域梅雨结束后,雨带移至华北地区,江淮流域进入高温少雨天气。(黄忠怒)
