听力测试法听力测试法audiometry通过受检者对声刺激产生的反应来了解其听功能状态和听觉系统疾病的一种诊断方法。根据对受检者反应判断方式不同可分为主观测试法和客观测试法两种。主观测试法以受检者主观判断的结果为依据，常用方法包括：①耳语或秒表测试。仅用作听力筛选，适用于体检。②音叉试验。简单易行，可对耳聋性质作出诊断，并可粗略了解耳聋程度。③听力计测试。听力计有多种，为详细测试听功能的医用电声仪器。以纯音作为刺激声信号的称为纯音听力计，通过气导及骨导耳机进行听阈测试，根据绘出的听力曲线对受检者听力损失程度和性质作出诊断。并可通过阈上功能测试以及自描听力计测试，进一步对感音神经聋作出定位诊断。以言语作为刺激声信号的测试法称为言语测听，可了解耳聋患者的实际交往能力，对助听器选配和中枢聋诊断亦可提供有价值的资料。客观测试法因不需受检者主观反应，结果可靠，但仪器设备昂贵，测试技术要求较高。①声导抗测试：应用导抗测试仪观察中耳对声能传导的导抗及阻抗变化，从而判断中耳传音结构病变，并对感音神经聋的定位诊断、功能性耳聋、预估听敏度以及面神经损伤定位诊断均有重要价值。②听性诱发电位测试。应用听性诱发电位测试仪观察声刺激引起的听觉神经通路由末梢至中枢的生物电变化，从而了解听觉功能状态，常用测试法包括耳蜗电图和听性脑干反应，可在睡眠或麻醉下进行，适用于由新生儿至各年龄不同状态的受试者。
