乙肝病毒核心抗原分子式:CAS号:性质:由病毒基因组上C基因编码区的第二个ATG起始的,为一部分磷酸化的21 000道尔顿的蛋白质。180个HBcAg分子装配成直径27nm的核心颗粒。大肠杆菌表达的HBcAg也能形成颗粒。HBcAg有很好的免疫原性,比HBsAg(子核表面抗原)大80倍。它诱导产生的抗体有依赖T细胞和不依赖T细胞两种,而且还有很强的细胞免疫应答。因此有人认为理想的乙肝疫苗应该同时具有HBsAg及HBcAg的免疫决定簇。
