全血全血whole blood 人的血液可以看作由三种成分组成的。它的基本成分是一种晶体物质溶液,溶解了多种电解质、小分子有机化合物(营养物质、代谢产物和少量激素等)及一些气体。另一种成分是溶解于这一晶体物质溶液中的血浆蛋白。第三种成分是悬浮于血浆中的血细胞,血细胞可分为红细胞、白细胞和血小板三类。这三种组成成分合称为全血。
