传动放大机构传动放大机构transmission magnifying machine  级功率放大;电子放大器一般采用PID放大器,输出电信号,环节系数易调整,易于综合各种电信号,是电液调节系统电信号综合放大环节。各类型放大器特性列于表1。 油动机启、闭调节汽门的执行机构,为液压功率放大器,又称伺服马达。是由错油门、油动机和反馈机构组成的组合体。按作用原理错油门分为断流式和继流式;按油缸活塞移动方式错油门分为往复式和旋转式,按进油方式错油门分为单侧进油和双侧进油.油动机应具有足够大的提升力(约为调节汽门开启力的2~3倍);应动作迅速,关闭时间短.频率特性和稳定性要好,控制精度要高. 图2(a)为往复断流式双侧进油油动机.在稳定状态下,错油门门芯处于中间位t,封闭通往油动机油缸活塞上、下的油口,使调节汽门处于某一负荷下的稳定开度,当调速器输出的位移或油压信号使错油门偏离中间位置时,高压油通过油口进人油缸,作用在面积较大的活塞一侧,活塞的另一侧通过油口排油,活塞在两侧压差的作用下移动,通过活塞杆推动配汽机构启、闭调节汽门,同时活塞杆通过杠杆或油压反馈机构使错油门回到中间位t,使调节汽门稳定在新的开度下.这种油动机是依靠油压作用力开启和关闭,提升力大,动作迅速,工作稳定,但耗油量大,常用于驱动调节汽门.图2(b)为往复断流式单侧进油油动机。在油缸活塞的一侧设有弹簧,另一侧通过错油门通人高压油,衡今幽下洲蓬击宁才卜似|︽洲些试 术尧"国︸。
