1.Objective To investigate the correlation between level of Titin antibodies (Titin-Ab) and patient s condition and different thymic pathological patterns in patients with myasthenia gravis (MG), and to assess its value in the diagnosis and prognosis of MG.目的探讨重症肌无力(MG)患者血清连接素抗体(TitinAb)水平与病情及胸腺异常的关系,以及其对诊断和预后判断的价值。
2.Objective:To explore the further pathogenesis of Myasthenia Gravis(MG) and provide the theory of a new potential therapy method to MG or other autoimmune diseases,the correlation between the level of AchR-Ab, Titin-Ab in peripheral blood and the expression of Foxp3~+CD4~+CD25~+T regulatory cells(Foxp3~+CD4~+CD25~+Treg) in peripheral blood of MG were analyzed.目的:本文通过检测重症肌无力(MG)患者血清乙酰胆碱受体抗体(AchR-Ab)、连接素抗体(Titin-Ab)水平和外周血Foxp3~+CD4~+CD25~+调节性T细胞(Foxp3~+CD4~+CD25~+Treg)含量,探讨三者之间的关系,从而进一步揭示MG的发病机理,为MG等一系列自身免疫性疾病的治疗提供理论基础。
