四氢萘分子式:C10H12分子量:132.21CAS号:199-64-2性质:无色液体。熔点-35℃(-31℃)。沸点207.4℃,90.8-91.2℃(2.27kPa);相对密度0.9702(20/4℃);折光率1.54134。能与乙醇、丁醇、醚、丙酮、苯、氯仿和石油醚混和,溶于甲醇,不溶于水。能随水蒸气挥发。露置空气中能产生四氢萘过氧化物。蒸馏时氧气与四氢萘作用发生爆炸。可用对苯二酚作抗氧剂。有辛辣味。制备方法:由萘经镍催化选择加氢制得。在绝热反应装置中进行气相催化反应,采用钼酸镍催化剂,在300℃、2.94MPa下进行,加料空速0.8h-1,氢和萘的体积比2500-6400,萘单程转化率可达85%,四氢萘选择性为92%以上。加氢产物经汽提、精馏后,四氢萘纯度达98%以上。用途:大量用于制造杀虫剂丁维因的中间体甲萘酚。还用于生产润滑剂,降低高粘度油的粘性。广泛用作树脂、蜡、油脂、油漆、塑料的溶剂,清除煤气工业设备中萘沉积。与酒精和苯混合作为内燃机的燃料。也用作脱脂剂,软化剂,低沸点有机化合物蒸气的吸收剂,驱虫剂及松节油的代用品。
