獐牙菜【通用名称】獐牙菜【其他名称】獐牙菜 (《内蒙古中草药》) 【异名】当药(《内蒙古中草药》)。 【来源】为龙胆科植物瘤毛獐牙菜的全草。 【植物形态】瘤毛獐牙菜 一年生草本，高10～40厘米。茎单一或分枝，四棱形，带紫色。叶对生，无柄，线状披针形，长2～4厘米，先端渐尖，基部狭，全缘。圆锥状聚伞花序顶生或腋生；萼片5，线状披针形；花冠蓝紫色，直径达2厘米，5深裂，开展，裂片狭卵形，内侧基部有2腺窝，腺窝边缘的毛具瘤状突起；雄蕊5，花药暗紫色。蒴果椭圆形。花期秋季。 生于山坡、草地、林边。分布东北、华北、河南、山东等地。 此外，尚有以下两种植物的全草，也作獐牙菜入药： ①双斑獐牙菜 一或二年生草本，高60～100厘米。茎直立，有分枝。叶对生，椭圆形或长圆形，先端尖，基部下延。花冠黄白色，5琛裂，裂片倒卵形，上半部有多数浓绿色斑点，中部稍上处有2个黄绿色腺体，圆形，裸出，直径约0.1～0.2厘米。 ②腺鳞草 一年生矮小草本，高约10厘米。茎纤细，自基部分枝。根生叶倒卵形；茎生叶狭卵形，锐尖。花腋生，1～3朵，花冠辐状，带白色，花后下垂。 【采集】夏、秋采收，切段，阴干。 【化学成分】当药含当药苦甙约2～4%；还含当药素、黄色龙胆根素、黄色龙胆根素葡萄糖甙等。 双斑獐牙菜含异牡荆素、异荭草素；还含1，3-二羟基-4，5-二甲氧基氧杂蒽酮以及该氧杂蒽酮的1-o-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖甙和3-ο-β-D吡喃葡萄糖甙；又含当药苦甙和当药甙。 【药理作用】当药中分出的当药苦甙，经皮肤表面易于吸收，吸收后分解，生成Erythrocentaurin，可扩张毛细血管，并激活或促进皮肤细胞的酶系统，提高皮肤组织的生化功能。静脉注射当药水溶液，能升高皮肤温度，与拟副交感类药物的作用相似。故认为可治疗脱毛症。 另外，从日本当药中提出的能保护四氯化碳对小鼠肝脏的损害，促进皮肤的氧化还原功能，其甲醇提取物有类放射线作用。 【性味】苦，寒。 【功用主治】清热，健胃，利湿。治消化不良，胃炎，黄疸，火眼，牙痛，口疮。 【用法与用量】内服：煎汤，1～3钱；或研末，每次5分。 【选方】治急、慢性细菌性痢疾，腹痛：当药三钱。水煎服。(性味以下出《内蒙古中草药》)
