五禽戏五禽戏通过模仿虎、熊、鹿、猿、鸟(鹤)五种动物的动作,以保健强身的一种气功动功功法。中国古代医家华佗在前人基础上创造的,故又称华佗五禽戏。五禽戏能治病养生,强壮身体。练习时,可以单练一禽之戏,也可选练一两个动作。单练一两个动作时,应增加锻炼的次数。五禽戏是一种外动内静、动中求静的功法,锻炼时要注意全身放松,意守丹田,呼吸均匀,做到外形和神气都要像五禽,达到外动内静,动中求静;有刚有柔,刚柔并济;练内练外,内外兼备的效果。具体地说,练熊戏时,要像熊那样浑厚沉稳,表现出撼运、抗靠、步行时的神态,练出笨重之中寓有轻灵的动像。熊戏共分5个基本动作,即熊步势、撼运势、按运势、抗靠势和推挤势。练熊戏有加强脾胃功能和增强体力的作用。练鹤戏时,要仿效鹤那样昂然挺拔,悠然自得,要表现出亮翅、轻翔、落雁、独立等动作的神态。鹤戏共分5个基本动作,即鹤步势、亮翅势、独立势、落雁势和飞翔势。练鹤戏有助于增强肺呼吸功能,调运气血,疏通经络。练虎戏时,要表现出威猛的神态,要目光炯炯,摇头摆尾,扑按、转斗等,做到刚劲有力,刚中有柔,刚柔并济。虎戏共分5个基本动作,即虎步势、出洞势、发威势、扑按势和搏斗势。练虎戏可填精益髓,强腰健肾。练鹿戏时,要仿效鹿那样心静体松,姿势舒展,要把鹿的探身、仰脖、奔跑、回首等神态表现出来。鹿戏共分5个动作,即鹿步势、挺身势、探身势、回首势、蹬跳势。练鹿戏有舒展筋骨的作用。练猿戏时,要模仿猿那样敏捷好动,要表现出纵山跳涧、攀树登枝、摘桃献果的神态。猿戏共分5个动作,即猿步势、窥望势、摘桃势、献果势和逃藏势。练猿戏有助于肢体的灵活性。虎戏鸟戏
