八段锦八段锦中国古代流传下来的一种气功动功功法。八段锦由八节组成,体势动作古朴高雅,故名。八段锦形成于12世纪,后在历代流传中形成许多练法和风格各具特色的流派。八段锦的体势有坐势和站势两种。坐势练法恬静,运动量小,适于起床前或睡觉前穿内衣锻炼。站势运动量大,适于各种年龄、各种身体状况的人锻炼。站势八段锦的练法如下:①双手托天理三焦。自然站立,两脚分开,与肩同宽。两眼平视前方,舌尖轻抵上腭,用鼻呼吸,周身关节放松,两手自然下垂。宁神调息,气沉丹田。两臂慢慢自左右侧方上举,至头顶,两手十指交叉,翻掌,掌心向上托起如托天状,同时两脚跟提起离地。稍停顿后,两臂放下复原,同时两脚跟放下着地。②左右开弓似射雕。自然站立。左脚向前跨出一步,两腿弯屈成骑马式。两手在胸前交叉,右手在外,左手在内,眼看左手,然后左手握拳,食指向上翘起,拇指伸直与食指成八字撑开。接着左臂向左推出并伸直,头随而左转,眼看左手食指,同时右手握拳,展臂向右平拉如拉弓状。还原成自然站立,再练右式。③调理脾胃臂单举。自然站立,两脚平行,与肩同宽,两手自然下垂。右手翻掌上举,五指并紧,掌心向上,指尖向右,同时左手下按,掌心向下,指尖向前。稍停后,复原。然后左手翻掌上举,练左式。④五劳七伤向后瞧。自然站立,两手掌心紧贴腿旁。头慢慢向左转,眼望后方。复原。头再慢慢向右转,眼望后方,复原。⑤摇头摆臂去心火。两腿分开,相距约三脚长的宽度,屈膝成骑马式,两手扶大腿部虎口向着身体。上体及头前俯深屈,随即在左前方尽量作弧形摇转,同时臀部则相应右摆,左腿及左臂适当伸展,以辅助摇摆。稍停片刻后,复原。然后向相反的方向,练右式。⑥两手攀足固腰肾。自然站立。上身缓缓向前深屈,膝保持挺直,同时两臂垂下,两手握住两足尖,或两手指尖触两足踝,头略抬高。稍停后,复原。两手在背后抵住脊骨,上身缓缓向后仰。复原。⑦攒拳怒目增气力。两腿分开,屈膝成骑马式,两手握拳放在腰旁,拳心向上。右拳向前方缓缓击出,右臂伸直,拳心向下,两眼睁大,向前虎视。稍停后,复原。左拳向前方缓缓击出,练左式。⑧背后七颠诸病消。自然站立。两手臂自然下垂,掌心贴大腿前。两腿保持伸直。两脚提起离地约1~2寸,同时头向上顶。稍停后,两脚跟下落着地,身体放松,仍为自然站式。复原。
